Firmware Update Steps︰ 
Access IP Device Configure → System Update → Firmware Update, then browse and upgrade firmware. 

NOTE︰
  1. With incomplete firmware or unstable network connection, it will damage the IP Device.
  2. Do not turn off the IP Device during firmware upgrade procedure. The procedure time might take 1 or 2 minutes.
Forgot username, password, or IP address.
Require Hardware Reset. Refer to Factory Default steps on the user manual.
