1. Install Recording Software in another PC [the same path as your original     PC; e.g. C:\Program Files\IPCamera Recorder]
2. Copy and Paste INDEX to another PC [the same path as your original PC;     e.g. C:\Program Files\IPCamera Recorder\INDEX]
3. Copy and Paste video files to another PC [the same path as your original     PC; e.g. D:\IPCAM_VIDEO_DATA
