Update Firmware via USB Flash Memory, but it shows "Firmware file not found".

I. As long as the files are not transferred completely into the USB flash memory, the DVR can't detect the firmware file saved on the USB flash memory. Or DVR's firmware is updated with wrong firmware version (e.g. Kernel 2.4 [Firmware V3.1X] => updated with Kernel 2.6 [Firmware V3.3X]). Since it is failed, OSD will show "Firmware file not found" and keep original firmware version.

II. If the firmware version is earlier than V3.11 (IE built-in) or V2.06 (w/ network card) and
update failed, after the user reboots DVR, it always stays in initializing. Then, it requires
changing Flash IC.
